Parents must submit a copy of the Registration Form at the school office within one week of issuance of the form along with the following documents:

• Eight photographs of the child.

• Two photographs each of Mother and Father.

•  Attested copy of Birth Certificate of the child clearly specifying DOB of child  ( Issued by the Municipal Corporation or any other competent authority ).

• Transfer certificate ( if applicable ) from previous school.

• Report Card / Marks sheets ( if applicable ) from previous school.

• Student immunisation record (Pre - Primary).

• Address Proof ( Electricity Bill / Rent Agreement / etc. ).

• Aadhar Card of Student, Parents and Guardian.
